When will I get my order?

We are doing our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. MWP provides free worldwide shipping of watches. The delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location. Average delivery time is 3-7 days.

We do not deliver on holidays and/or weekends.

Please note that the delivery terms are indicative and may vary depending on circumstances which are beyond MWP’s or delivery service’s control, for example: extreme weather conditions, technical failures, road traffic etc. 

Delivery terms may also be extended during holidays (New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, etc.)

What is delivery price?

MWP provides free worldwide shipping of watches. The delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location. Average delivery time is 3-7 days.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by bank cards issued by VISA or MasterCard, as well through ECOMMPAY payment provider.

What type of material is used for strap?

The strap is made of genuine smooth matt leather.

What type of glass do watches have?

MWP manufactured watches have mineral glass (resistant to scratches and does not become blurred in the long run.)

What are watchcases made of?

Brass with various options of cover: chrome, black chrome, gold.

What movement do watches have?

1801.1 movement that is made of 15 ruby crystals with a shock absorber for balance wheel shaft. Power reserve is at least 38 hours. The accuracy of the watch is between -40 and +85 seconds per day. 

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover: watches which underwent aftersales service; defects and damage resulted from misuse; strap; case cover wear. 

What is a warranty period?

Watch warranty life is 24 months from the date of order payment. 

WATCH RETURN
What is your refund policy?

Watches of proper quality cannot be returned and exchanged. We do not refund for such purchases.

When exchanging low quality watches (only after manufacturing inconsistencies have been proven by the Technical Control Department specialists and specialists of the Maintenance Service, Minsk Watch Plant OJSC), the Buyer’s delivery expenses shall be reimbursed.
